I express myself in unexpected ways by experimenting with traditional glass beads and paint on canvas. I borrow from traditional symbols and my own imagination to connect the lines of my artworks.  The entire process of bead painting is easy to explain but it is painstaking work to complete. First, I draw on a board and apply an adhesive to the area I want to work in. Slowly, I place the tiny beads on the adhesive and fill in the design until the surface of the board is covered with thousands of brilliant glass beads.

My paintings have traces of cubist inspiration and have grown more direct over time. In fact, they remind me of how I drew when I was young, working as an apprentice to my parents. I entertained my siblings and friends with my drawings, mostly executed with a piece of stick on a wet ground. I now create a similar type of expression with the use of glass beads and acrylic. Over the past decades of dedication to my work, I have proved myself to the world of art, and endured the test of time by having my talent and personal vision understood through my signature style
